Resetting the tyre pressure warning light on your Mazda
Many Mazdas from about 2013 to 2019 (Mazda2, 3, 6, CX-3, CX-5 of that era) use an indirect system with a set switch; newer models such as the CX-30 have sensors in the wheels.
Newer (sensor) models: inflate all four tyres to the correct cold pressure, then drive at 16 mph or more for 3 minutes. The light should go out.
Older models with a set switch
Park with the parking brake on and set all four tyres to the door-frame label pressures, cold.
Turn the ignition on.
Press and hold the tyre pressure set switch until the warning light flashes twice and it beeps.
When to reset: Indirect models: reset after adjusting pressures, rotating or replacing tyres, or a flat battery. Sensor models: no reset needed.
Menu names vary by model and year, so check your handbook if yours looks different. More in what the warning light means.
