Resetting the tyre pressure warning light on your Nissan
Current UK Nissans (Qashqai from 2021, Juke from 2019, X-Trail) have sensors in the wheels, so there's normally no reset to do.
Inflate all four tyres to the recommended cold pressure.
Drive above 16 mph. The light should go out by itself.
If the outside temperature is very different from when the system was last set, calibrate it: Settings > Tyre Pressures > Calibrate on the dashboard display.
When to reset: No reset needed after inflating. After rotating tyres or fitting new wheels, drive a few minutes at a steady 16–64 mph so it learns the positions.
Menu names vary by model and year, so check your handbook if yours looks different. More in what the warning light means.
